BIO

Michael Rabalais is an American artist who received his BA at Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond Louisiana. Mike started his academic art career studying graphic design but quickly turned to printmaking as an avenue to create work. Today Mike's works take the form of prints, painting and sculptures with layers of interdisciplinary processes. Although Mike was born  and raised in southern Louisiana, Mike lived in the Detroit area for eight years and was greatly influenced by its industry and culture.
